Adaptable to any gear stick by means of an anthropomorphous robot, bench works from -40°C to +90°C with 95% R.H. Electronic control ensures reliability, precision, accuracy. Steering wheel centering and torque test

Industry 4.0 compliant end-of-line testing system to check the passenger and commercial vehicle steering wheel centering. Base on CAN measures (steering wheel torque, angle, vehicle speed, VIN), testing system works from -5°C to +45°C. The system is completed with a user friendly PC station software to upload acquired data, show graphs, export data in Windows format, upgrade acquisition system firmware to customize for different vehicles.
